The quickest way to reach us
Use the enquiry form on our home page. It asks for your name, email, telephone and the type of business you run, and gives you a box to tell us what you need. We reply the same working day.
A note on how we take instructions
We use WhatsApp for messages and for sending you secure document links. We do not take instructions that way.
Anything you need us to act on should come by email, so that there is always a clear, dated record of what you asked for. If you send an instruction by WhatsApp we will ask you to send it again by email. It is not bureaucracy — it is how we make sure nothing is missed or misremembered.
New clients
Before we can start work we need to verify your identity, as every accountancy firm in the UK is required to. We will tell you exactly what to send. It is usually a passport or driving licence and a recent utility bill or bank statement, and most people clear it in a day or two.
